• Where can I use bidi?

  Once you have set up an account, you can use with any retailer that accepts bidi.

• How does bidi work?

  bidi allows you to let a retailer, or multiple retailers, know how much you would be interested in paying for an item. It lets you make a no obligation indication of the purchase price you’d like to pay, and then gives the retailer the opportunity to accept that price. If your bidi is successful, you will receive a notification through your bidi app, and once opened this will give you 15 minutes to decide whether you would like to go ahead and complete the purchase. Download the app on Google Play or the App Store.

• Is bidi free to shop with?

  Yes, it absolutely is! You can download the bidi app for free and start to use it straight away. There is no extra or hidden cost when you buy items using bidi. bidi will also be available on our retailers websites so it’s easy for you to make a bidi when you are browsing products. Alternatively, you can shop via our bidi website to ensure you have access to all the best products and are able to make as many bidi’s as you like!

• Will everything be available on bidi?

  Participating retailers will choose which products are available on bidi, much in the same way they select sale items. Some retailers may choose to offer all their products on bidi all the time, with a recommended retail price as a guide for shoppers.
